Establish a historical education center and museum. Inventory historical sites in the watershed. Develop a mining heritage museum. Protect historical sites from vandalism. Develop awareness of historical Native American Culture within the watershed. Increase capabilities to properly store archives. Promote cultural and community development related to mining in the watershed. Establish cohesion within the historical community for projects and funding. Increase funding for historic preservation.
