Welcome to the Pennsylvania River Conservation Plan website. As part of a joint project between POWR, DCNR, and DEP, supported by the Foundation for PA Watersheds, we’re collecting feedback on the implementation of recommendations from the more than 80 River Conservation Plans completed in the past 15 years. If you’ve worked on a plan, participated in a workshop, or just care about your watershed, we’d like to hear from you. Each plan is listed in the sidebar to the right, and each recommendation is listed separately so you can comment on them. You’ll need to provide your name and email, but you don’t have to register.

A few years ago, DCNR and DEP collaborated through their citizens advisory councils to evaluate and make recommendations for the rivers conservation planning programs. Their reports are here:
